If you visit Sri Lanka and don’t take the Kandy to Ella train ride, you’re missing something magical. This slow moving blue train weaves through hills, tea estates, tunnels, and cloud kissed forests. It’s not just a ride  it’s a 7 hour movie with the best possible view.

🚂 Sit by the open doors and let the mountain air sweep across your face.
🍃 Watch women in bright saris picking tea in emerald fields.
📸 Take photos, but don’t forget to put the camera down and just feel.

Arriving in Ella is just a bonus. The real adventure is the ride itself.
